The Chapter maintains a Master Membership List that contains members’ names and contact information; The CPC also maintains a separate e-mail roster for the exclusive use of the Chapter to send out event notices, the Golden Leaf newsletter and other communications. It is also used to notify the membership of the passing of retirees or their spouses, while our Telephoning Committee contacts the remainder of our members who do not have e-mail.
Get well cards, along with a plant or flowers, are also sent out to our members who are ill or shut in.
